A lifelong resident of Westmoreland County, Ryan is the second generation to the family-owned business. A sales leader and multimillion-dollar producer, Ryan specializes in residential and commercial real estate, as well as new construction, lots, and acreage. Ryan has been awarded the Westmoreland Board of Realtors “Performance Diamond Award” and also recognized in Pittsburgh magazine for “Top Real Estate Agents in Pittsburgh,” a distinction given to less than 5% of regional real estate agents for outstanding service and client satisfaction.
As an active board member of the Westmoreland Builders Association, Ryan works closely with local builders and municipal leaders on laws and regulations with new home construction, as well as home renovations. He is the plan coordinator for Frye Farm Estates, the new 55+ patio home community in Unity Township.
Ryan resides in Unity Township with his wife, and 2 children. He enjoys hunting, playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.
